What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00, check-out by 12:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
How do I get to the apartment?
Tenerife South airport is about 13 km away. After booking you receive directions and everything you need to check in.
Do I need to provide my identity details?
Yes. Spanish law requires us to register all guests. Before arrival we ask for the details of your ID card or passport.

Up to 4 people: there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
Is there air conditioning or heating?
There is air conditioning for cooling. There is no heating.
Is there wifi?
Yes, there is free wifi.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included, as are a hairdryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Can I cook?
Yes. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso machine.
Pool and surroundings
Can I use the pool?
Yes. The complex has a free, heated outdoor pool that is open all year, with sun loungers and a fence around it. All ages are welcome.
How far is the beach?
Playa de los Tarajales is 1.1 km away and Los Cristianos beach 1.4 km. Restaurants and bars are 100 m away. The way back to the apartment is uphill.
Can I park?
Yes, you can park for free on the public street nearby. Reservations are not possible, and late in the evening it can be busy.
House rules and children
What are the house rules?
Smoking is not allowed, and neither are parties, stag or hen parties or other gatherings. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. If damage occurs during your stay, we may charge up to €300 after check-out.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. There is no minimum check-in age. A cot for children up to 2 years is available free of charge on request.

No, pets are not allowed.
